Great to meet you!
I believe that healing happens in relationships where you feel truly seen, understood, and safe enough to be yourself. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, pregnancy or postpartum challenges, parenting, relationship stress, or simply feeling the call to go deeper, therapy can become a place to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with yourself.
I specialize in working with adults, families, and young children, with advanced training in perinatal mental health and infant and early childhood mental health (0–5). Alongside my private practice, I have spent years providing therapy, clinical supervision, consultation, and training for other mental health professionals. My approach is grounded in both evidence-based practice and genuine human connection.
Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale—where every part of you is welcome, and you don't have to carry everything alone.
