Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a licensed therapist who helps people navigate stress, burnout, anxiety, and the weight of past experiences. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re always holding it together for everyone else, you don’t have to keep doing it alone. My approach is practical, compassionate, and tailored to what you need.

My approach to therapy

In sessions, I show up as a real person—compassionate, curious, and grounded. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself, so I work to create a space that’s honest, supportive, and free of judgment. We’ll look at what’s going on beneath the surface, get clear on what’s working and what’s not, and build practical tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life. My style is collaborative, trauma-informed, and focused on helping you feel more in control, connected, and at peace.

What you can expect from me

Clients often walk away feeling more grounded, more in control, and more connected to who they truly are—not just who they’ve had to be. You’ll leave with tools that make everyday life feel a little more manageable, insight into patterns that may be holding you back, and the confidence to set boundaries, speak up, and care for yourself in real, sustainable ways. My hope is that you leave each session feeling seen, supported, and a little more like yourself.
