Great to meet you!

I have always felt deeply connected to this work. After two enriching years of undergraduate studies in Israel, I returned to the U.S. to earn my graduate degree at the Wurzweiler School of Social Work in New York City’s Upper West Side. My career has been shaped by a commitment to inclusivity, working with clients from diverse cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds. My approach to trauma and addiction is both compassionate and tailored, recognizing the unique needs of every individual.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Trauma-informed care is a cornerstone of my practice. I approach each client with a trauma-informed lens, which means I view behaviors such as maladaptive coping strategies and addictions as potential responses to underlying trauma. This perspective helps me to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions feeling truly heard, seen, and unburdened. Many describe experiencing a newfound sense of internal calm and confidence, along with a deeper understanding of themselves. My approach fosters hope and resilience, helping clients reconnect with their strengths and feel empowered to move forward in their lives. Feedback is often very positive, with clients sharing that they feel more hopeful and grounded after our work together.
