Great to meet you!

I have always felt deeply connected to this work. After two enriching years of undergraduate studies in Israel, I returned to the U.S. to earn my graduate degree at the Wurzweiler School of Social Work in New York City’s Upper West Side. My career has been shaped by working with clients from diverse cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds. I value inclusivity and approach my work with curiosity, respect, and attention to the unique needs of each individual.

My approach to therapy

Trauma-informed care is a cornerstone of my practice. I approach each client with an understanding that behaviors and coping strategies often make sense in the context of earlier experiences. My goal is to create a space where we can look at these patterns together with honesty and care, without judgment, and with room for real change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to slow down and talk through what’s been coming up for you, at your own pace. You don’t need to prepare or know exactly what to say. My goal is that you leave feeling understood, a bit more grounded, and with a clearer sense of what support could look like moving forward.
