Great to meet you!

Have you been searching for relief from an eating disorder, body image issues, depression, anxiety, or trauma? Are you overwhelmed by negative thoughts and wish you could feel at peace in your mind and your body? I'm here to encourage you as someone who has been there before that there is hope and healing is possible. Reaching out to ask for help is the first step towards reclaiming your life. My purpose as a therapist is providing a safe environment for you to feel understood and supported on your path to personal growth and recovery. I believe in guiding the healing process through a compassionate and person-centered approach integrating various therapeutic methods tailored to meet each individual's needs, ensuring that you feel seen and heard. My hope is to empower you to find lasting freedom from your mental health struggles. Whether you are starting therapy for the first time or returning to therapy, you are worthy of taking this step forwards into healing.

My approach to therapy

During our initial sessions, we will work together to understand your personal story and goals for therapy to create a treatment plan that fits your individual needs. We will collaborate throughout the treatment process to help you feel empowered to heal from your struggles.

What you can expect from me

I often use a combination of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in my practice, incorporating trauma-informed, compassion-focused, and somatic interventions. In our sessions we will compassionately explore the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I will guide you through developing healthier patterns of thinking as well as tools to deal with distress in the mind and the body so that you can feel holistic relief.
