Great to meet you!

I have a license in the state of VA since 2020. I have been in the mental health field since 2005 and have worked with all populations. I consider myself to be client-centered and have focused on Depression, Anxiety, Substance abuse, Trauma, ID/DD, bipolar, psychosis, and have worked in populations of children through adults. LPC 0701008887.

My approach to therapy

I am client-centered, in which I will attempt to meet you where you are to assist you in growing within the tools that have built your foundation, along with providing new tools to include to build a stronger foundation. I am knowledgeable in, but not limited to, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Acu-detox, recovery stages/methods, and crisis intervention.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will build therapeutic rapport to assist in seeing if we are the correct match to be therapeutic for you, discuss concerns, likes, and dislikes in counseling, discuss goals that we may need to work toward and what counseling expectations we may have of each other. This is a journey and takes both parties to assist in your journey.
