Great to meet you!

Leah is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing integrative care that blends therapy, medication management, and a mind–body approach. I partner with clients to create thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that support lasting mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

Mental wellness is achieved by caring for the whole person. I take an integrative approach, thoughtfully combining therapy, medication management, and lifestyle-based strategies to support long-term healing and balance. I partner with clients to create thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that support lasting mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a supportive, low-pressure space focused on understanding you as a whole person and what brought you to care. We’ll review your concerns, relevant mental and physical health history, and begin identifying goals together. I take a collaborative approach and discuss treatment options that may include therapy, medication management, or both. The goal is to leave with a clearer understanding of next steps and a plan that feels thoughtful, realistic, and aligned with your needs.
