Great to meet you!

I am currently accepting new clients and specialize in anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and stress-related concerns. I also work with individuals navigating ADHD, depression, grief, identity exploration, LGBTQ+ concerns, relationship challenges, chronic health conditions, substance use, and major life transitions.

For more than 25 years, I have been dedicated to helping individuals improve their quality of life and achieve meaningful personal growth. Becoming a social worker has been my passion since adolescence, and throughout my career I have developed a broad range of skills to support clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My goal is to help clients identify the root causes of their struggles, strengthen their coping abilities, and create lasting positive change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I believe therapy should be a supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, develop insight, and build practical tools for navigating life more effectively.

I incorporate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we will work to reduce symptoms, improve communication, strengthen resilience, and enhance overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are currently facing, and the goals you hope to achieve.

I will also gather information about your background, strengths, and current circumstances to better understand your unique needs. Together, we will identify priorities and begin creating a plan that supports your growth, healing, and overall quality of life.
