Great to meet you!

I have worked with teenagers and their parents for over 20 years. I've spent time in residential settings and supporting families as they transition back home. I have my master's degree in Community Counseling from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to partner with clients as we explore what is blocking you from achieving your goals. I am friendly, energetic, and solution focused. I connect well with teens, young adults, and adults.

What you can expect from our first session

I create a safe space for you to explore what you want, and then we work together to figure out the best way for you to get there.
