Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with adults (18+). I specialize in anxiety, depression, complex trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, substance dependence, self-harm/suicidal ideation and severe and persistent mental illness. I have experience in mental health crisis, co-responding and have worked in a hospital and various correctional settings.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach combines interventions of trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, mindfulness techniques and person-centered therapy as an integrative approach to help meet your unique needs. Through a client centered approach, my first priority is to get to know you on a thorough and personal level.

What you can expect from me

I prioritize in creating a safe, trusting space where you can fully be yourself. Together, we’ll identify core issues, develop a strategy, and improve your overall functioning. My goal is to help you understand and manage your emotions, shift perspectives, and step outside your comfort zone when needed, empowering you to cope with challenges and honor your individuality. I’m here to support you every step of the way, making sure you feel seen, heard, and valued in the therapeutic process.
