Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I believe our mental health is as important as our physical health. Taking the first step can be the hardest part and I am so happy that you are here. I am trained in working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I take a casual, warm, and direct therapeutic approach in order to foster an environment that feels safe and free of judgement. I believe the therapeutic process and relationship is as important as the knowledge that can be gained in therapy. I will be there to listen, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I consider the first session to be an introduction session. I always use the first session to briefly introduce myself and discuss policies and procedures. The majority of the session will be used for you to tell me your story, what's bringing you in to therapy, and what you hope to gain. My hope is to collaborate with you on creating therapy goals that feel right for you. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
