I am a Masters Level Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor. I have worked with a wide-ranging population who are in distress of all forms of addiction that persistent, compulsive dependence on behavior or substance and co-occurring disorders. A bit about my approach to therapy

Addiction counseling helps people who are in fighting for their lives against an addiction that has left them feeling lost and alone. Counseling will aim to provide compassionate care by using trauma-informed evidence based treatment. My counseling approach uses person-centered therapy create individualized treatment plans. by skillfully listen to understand the whole client.

What you can expect from our first session

Drug or alcohol use can get out of control for anyone and we know it will get in the way of our purpose in life and remove self-compassion in our suffering. It will take courage to ask for help with addiction and when you have a counseling session, you make the decision to get to know yourself again. In the session a counselor will listen to you while you identify your goals of therapy and therapeutically guide you to reach these goals.
