Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Leah. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and rediscover a sense of peace, purpose, and resilience. With over a decade of experience, I’ve supported both adults and adolescents as they work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings—including schools, homes, hospitals, nursing facilities, community programs, and now, secure telehealth. These experiences have deepened my ability to connect with people from all walks of life and to meet each person with empathy and understanding.

Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you. I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals, offering a safe, compassionate space to support your healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique story. I specialize in trauma therapy and draw from evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT to help clients process painful experiences, develop effective coping skills, and build resilience. I believe that you are the expert of your own life—and my role is to support you in rediscovering your strengths, finding clarity, and moving forward with intention and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and gain confidence in your ability to face life’s challenges. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building practical tools for healing and growth. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe to be yourself, and where meaningful change feels both possible and achievable.
