Great to meet you!

I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I have worked over 3 years in community mental health. I specialize in helping adults overcome a variety of struggles including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, ADHD, OCD, and LGBTQIA+ related issues.

My approach to therapy

It is important to me that clients have a safe environment in order to process and heal. I do my best to provide a warm and welcoming space for clients without judgment. I have a strengths-based approach that empowers clients to recognize their own patterns and make the changes they want to see in their lives. I use a person-centered approach and draw on a range of modalities to fit the individual needs of my clients including CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, Solution-Focused and more.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be empowered to recognize and utilize their inherent strengths. Clients can expect a warm and nonjudgmental environment in which to learn about themselves, heal their hurts, and grow into the people they want to be.
