Great to meet you!

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, often during life transitions, relationship challenges, or burnout. You might look like you are holding it together on the outside but feel disconnected or exhausted inside. I help you make sense of what you are feeling and build tools to move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on real change. I use a mix of cognitive and somatic techniques to help you understand your patterns and begin shifting them, not just talk about them.

I will listen with empathy while also gently challenging you when needed, so you can move forward in a meaningful and lasting way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on what is bringing you in and what you want to feel different in your life. From there, we will set clear, realistic goals and move at a pace that feels right for you.

Clients often come in feeling overwhelmed or unsure of themselves and begin to feel more clear, grounded, and confident in how they show up in their lives.
