Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and founder of Roots Healing Alliance, where I help individuals and couples do deeper, meaningful healing work. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and relationship patterns, using a mix of insight-based and body-centered approaches. My style is warm, direct, and real. You won’t get a “therapist mask,” but someone who’s genuinely in it with you. I’ll support you while also gently challenging you to grow. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and create lasting, authentic change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, insight-oriented, and grounded in both mind and body. I blend psychodynamic, somatic, attachment-based, interpersonal, and compassion-focused approaches to help clients understand the deeper “why” behind their patterns while also learning how to regulate and respond differently in the present. I specialize in trauma, obsessive compulsive disorder subtypes, and relationship issues, and incorporate modalities like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Critical Memory Integration (CMI), and the Gottman Method for couples.

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I don’t just sit back and listen, I actively engage, ask deeper questions, and gently challenge patterns, while always maintaining a nonjudgmental and supportive space. I also integrate brain-based education and nervous system awareness to help clients better understand how their experiences are impacting them, so change feels both meaningful and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive space where you can share what’s been going on at your own pace. I’ll ask some thoughtful questions to understand your experiences, what you’re needing, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. It’s also a chance for you to get a feel for me, my style, my energy, and whether it feels like a good fit. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, a little more clear, and comfortable taking the next step together.
