Great to meet you!

I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for more than 15 years and I know life can feel overwhelming, especially when you're navigating anxiety, depression, or the kind of loss that comes with major change. Whether you're working through a difficult transition, processing trauma, or simply trying to feel like yourself again, you don't have to figure it out alone. My work centers on those moments when the ground shifts beneath you and you're not sure who you are on the other side. I draw on evidenced-based approaches and believe therapy works best as a partnership. My role is not to hand you answers, but to walk alongside you as you uncover your own strengths and build the tools to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I work from a trauma informed perspective; using cognitive behavioral tools and practical skill-building, we will work together to identify the thought patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back and replace them with strategies that actually serve you.

What you can expect from me

We'll create a space that feels safe enough to be honest, and structured enough to make progress. I'd like our first session to conclude with a confirmation we can work together and a plan for what our time together will look like.
