Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling to focus with ADHD, navigating the heaviness of depression, or facing concerns about intimacy and sexual health? You deserve a space where you can show up as your authentic self—without judgment, shame, or fear of being misunderstood.

Maybe you're in a non-traditional relationship and can't find a therapist who truly gets it. Perhaps you're exploring your sexuality, gender identity, or dealing with painful intercourse, erectile dysfunction, or difficulty with orgasm. Or maybe you're simply exhausted from trying to manage everything on your own and need someone who will meet you exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I begin with Person-Centered principles to build a strong therapeutic relationship, then integrate evidence-based techniques including Gestalt Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we'll identify what works best for your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I create a warm, affirming space for all individuals—regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, age, or appearance. I specialize in working with LGBTQQIA+ clients and provide sex-positive therapy for those navigating concerns around intimacy, pelvic pain, premature ejaculation, shame, BDSM/kink, and polyamorous or open relationships.
