Great to meet you!

Welcome to your first step in the healing process!

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I have experience with a wide variety of mental health concerns including trauma, anxiety, and depression. I received my Masters of Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University. Together we will explore your strengths in order to help accomplish your goals in therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

All people are unique in their own way, therefore I will work with you to identify the best approach for treatment. I use a trauma informed approach to explore your needs and areas of concern. I help to identify the connection of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be getting in the way of living a fully integrated life. When working with trauma, I explore the use of EMDR and/or Trauma Focused CBT to help you become "unstuck."

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is for clients to feel safe, comfortable, and heard. You will also leave sessions with helpful information and tools to use in your everyday life in order to navigate life's challenges.
