Great to meet you!

I graduated from the University of Utah with a Masters of Social Work degree. I've worked in private practice for several years and I have focused primarily in trauma. I have met primarily with women due to my specialties though I enjoy working with all people regardless of sexual identity. In addition to trauma treatment, I have also met with people struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, self-love, and other issues that people are dealing with on a daily basis.

My approach to therapy

I'm a very relaxed and flexible therapist. I prefer to follow the direction of my clientele instead of taking charge and telling the client what to do. I offer a variety of insight, skills to try at home, and questions to help people think differently. I utilize strength-based approaches and heavily focus on empowerment.

What you can expect from me

It is my goal to help you feel empowered. We can't always change our circumstances, but we can certainly work on how we respond to ciircumstances, people, and abstract situations.
