Great to meet you!

Helping people heal is my jam! I can help with a wide range of issues such as negativity, people-pleasing, nightmares, insecurity, anger, anxiety, depression, and so much more! We will set goals right off the bat because I want to make sure we're working on the things that matter most to you, and our plan of action will be in line with those goals. We’ll go at your pace, and I’ll help you practice mindfulness and calming strategies along the way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Inner healing is a multi-modal way of processing, releasing and integrating past experiences. Pulling from narrative therapy, internal family systems, somatic bodywork, integrative healing, and other evidence-based treatments, inner healing is a dynamic, creative approach to heal from trauma, connect with your true self, and live your best life.

What you can expect from our first session

You are amazing because you have found incredible ways to cope with the difficult and even terrible circumstances you've faced in life! I would be honored to help you heal from the past, unlock your potential, and live life to the fullest. I believe you can do it!
