Great to meet you!

I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus in Addiction Counseling. I’ve been supporting folks in substance use recovery for nearly 10 years. I found that within my individual work I gravitated towards people desiring relief from symptoms of PTSD, C-PTSD, and attachment wounds. I later became trained in Brainspotting and EMDR for deeper, lasting change when talk therapy alone doesn’t feel like enough.

My approach to therapy

Healing isn’t something we can think our way into, it is a felt experience. Most people experience wounding and complex trauma within relationships and when we are met with softness, safety, and supportiveness this is also where healing can begin to unfold. I approach therapy through the lens of attachment and help individuals become more attuned to themselves through somatic awareness, parts work, Brainspotting and EMDR. What this means is, together, we slow things down and begin to make sense of what's happening beneath the surface - with warmth, curiosity, and no judgement.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you more while also establish some goals together. I want my clients to feel as if they have something to grasp on to while establishing a sense of balance in their day to day lives and will often provide resources to use in between our sessions.
