Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Perinatal Mental Health specialist, and I support women through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, loss, and the many transitions of motherhood. I also work with parents of children with special needs and couples navigating intimacy after baby. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and somatic work. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I work alongside clients to help them make sense of their experiences, strengthen coping skills, and feel more grounded and supported through life’s transitions. I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and somatic work, always tailoring the process to what feels safe and helpful for each person. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal and grow at your own pace. I’m also EMDR-trained, which allows me to support clients in processing trauma in a gentle, structured way. Together, we’ll build tools that help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we simply get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re hoping to change or understand, and what support feels most helpful for you right now. I’ll walk you through my approach, answer any questions, and together we’ll create a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your goals. My priority is that you leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and not alone in whatever you’re navigating.
