Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Leah, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and strengthen their relationships. I provide therapy through telehealth, offering accessible, compassionate care in a safe and supportive environment.

I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Global and have experience working with adults, children, and families. My clinical background includes supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, and stress management.

In my practice, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and somatic therapies to help clients build insight, resilience, and lasting change.

My goal is to create a collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward healing and growth at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My style is straightforward, present, and collaborative. I believe progress comes from honest conversations and practical steps that lead to real change. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and body responses work together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space to explore what brings you here and what you’d like to change. We’ll talk about what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what you hope to gain. You don’t need to have everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave our first session with a sense of relief, understanding, and a clearer path toward the change you need.
