Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, strengthen their relationships, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and curiosity, where clients can feel safe exploring their experiences without judgment.

I have experience working in a variety of settings, including residential treatment, providing support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficulties with emotional regulation. My approach is warm, individualized, and informed by evidence-based practices while recognizing that each person’s journey is unique.

I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we can explore patterns, build on your strengths, and work toward greater self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to provide support, guidance, and tools to help them work toward their goals.

I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I integrate these modalities to help clients develop effective coping strategies, increase emotional awareness, strengthen problem-solving skills, and create meaningful change.

I strive to balance validation and support with gentle encouragement toward growth. Through curiosity and collaboration, I help clients explore challenges, recognize their strengths, and build skills that support long-term well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and collaborative environment where we begin building a therapeutic relationship and understanding what brings them to therapy. We will explore your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals to develop a clearer understanding of what you hope to achieve through therapy.

My goal is for clients to feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. Together, we will identify areas of focus and begin creating a plan that aligns with your needs and values. Depending on your goals, we may begin exploring patterns, developing coping strategies, and identifying tools to support emotional well-being and personal growth.

This keeps the tone consistent with your other profile sections and avoids repeating the same wording.
