Great to meet you!

Shaped by own life experiences, I became a social worker to help people navigate the uncertainties of life. We have all gone through transitions in life from career changes to family changes. It can be really hard to do that alone. After earning my degree in social work, I dedicated my career to roles helping adults, youth, and family systems. I understand how difficult it can be to go through a separation/divorce, family changes, job changes, growing into teen years and added stress - especially while also trying to manage the day to day life. Ive been there myself! My mission is to foster hope, stability, a listening ear, and skills you can walk away with.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is compassionate and strengths-based, guiding my clients through transitions with empathy and evidence-based techniques. I focus on empowering clients by building on their strengths, promoting healthy communication, and providing tools for resilience. I also recognize that the world is not nice and there are external factors we do not have control over. My goal is to create a safe space for growth, helping clients adapt and thrive through whatever change they are going through!

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling supported, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life. They’ll gain a clearer understanding of their strengths, learn effective communication and conflict resolution skills, and develop strategies to handle stress and change. Ultimately, clients can expect to tap into their resilience, feel validated and heard. I want my clients to have confidence and hope in their future.
