Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 6 years of prior experience as a psychiatrist registered nurse. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Although I am a newer PMHNP, I bring a diverse and well-rounded healthcare background with experience caring for individuals across the lifespan. I excel at building therapeutic relationships with my patients, and in every encounter, I ensure that my patients feel heard and supported. I specialize in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management, with a focus on creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard and respected. My goal is to help clients better understand their mental health, improve daily functioning, and work toward meaningful, lasting wellness.

I treat a variety of mental health conditions across the lifespan, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, stress-related concerns, and other common psychiatric conditions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to mental health care is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I take time to listen and truly understand your concerns, history, and goals. Together, we develop a personalized treatment plan that fits into your daily life.

I strive to empower you with the tools and support you need to feel better, function better, and live a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to treatment. We’ll discuss your current concerns, symptoms, mental health history, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals in a supportive and judgment-free environment.

Clients can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and confidential space where they can openly discuss their experiences and begin building a path toward recovery.
