Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping couples and adults navigate relationship challenges, cultural differences, and major life transitions. My work is especially focused on couples who feel disconnected, stuck in recurring conflict, or unsure how to rebuild trust and emotional closeness. As a Level 3 Gottman Method-trained therapist, I help partners understand their patterns, communicate more effectively, and create a stronger relationship. I also support individuals balancing career, family, cultural adjustment, and the demands of a new chapter.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and practical. I combine Gottman-informed strategies with compassionate, evidence-based care to help you understand what is happening beneath the conflict, build healthier communication patterns, and turn insight into meaningful change. We’ll focus on strengths while addressing the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on what is happening now and what you want to be different. For couples, we’ll begin identifying recurring patterns, communication challenges, and areas of disconnection. For individuals, we’ll explore your goals, relationships, cultural experiences, and current stressors. You’ll leave with greater clarity about where you are and a starting point for moving forward.
