Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in the mental health care of adults, children, and adolescents. Guided by a deep commitment to reducing emotional and psychological suffering, I found my calling in psychiatry.

My approach is rooted in integrative medicine, focusing on identifying and restoring what the body and brain need most to function optimally. Care extends beyond symptom management to address metabolic health, nutrition, weight regulation, inflammation, and lifestyle factors that directly impact mood, cognition, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care with a focus on understanding the whole person—not just a diagnosis. Every individual has a unique story, and I believe effective treatment begins with taking the time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and build a genuine therapeutic relationship.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, sleep difficulties, and life transitions. Treatment is individualized and may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and discussion of advanced treatment options when appropriate.

My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel comfortable being honest about their experiences. I believe the best outcomes come from collaboration, trust, and shared decision-making, and I strive to ensure every patient feels heard, understood, and actively involved in developing a treatment plan that fits their goals and values.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is designed to be a conversation, not just a checklist. I take time to understand your symptoms, your history, what has and hasn't worked in the past, and what you're hoping to achieve through treatment. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, we'll work together to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, preferences, and lifestyle.

I value honesty, open communication, and shared decision-making. My goal is for every patient to leave their appointment feeling heard, respected, and with a clear understanding of the next steps in their care.
