Great to meet you!

I have 14 years experience as a licensed therapist in a variety of roles. Each year provides a new level of understanding in how to support healing and affect growth. The past 3 years I have developed a private practice focused on improving the lives of individuals with anxiety disorders, new parents, individuals wrestling with the intersections of faith and mental health, and navigating big life transitions. I am LGBTQ affirming and work with adults at any stage of life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach the client with openness to discovering together the wisdom they already have to align their values and desires.
