Great to meet you!

Hi there. I work with adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and overall well-being. I understand that finding the right counselor can feel overwhelming, and I’m here to make that process feel more comfortable and supportive. It is an honor for me to walk alongside someone as they take a step toward living better.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in respect. I believe that just as we all have different paths in life, we each need a unique path to healing. I use evidence-based counseling, supplemented with mindfulness practices to help you manage and maneuver what you are experiencing.

I prioritize a space where you feel heard and understood without judgment. Our work together is collaborative — you are the expert on your life, and I bring training, curiosity, and practical tools to support your growth. Through deeper self-awareness and presence, we begin to find clarity. We can stop becoming consumed by what feels wrong, and notice what remains right.

Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, I aim to help you cultivate insight, resilience, and sustainable change. You will receive tools and practices that support you beyond our sessions, empowering you to stay aligned with the path you choose.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about creating a connection. Feeling safe and respected is a key element in sharing. You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Through open conversation, we’ll explore what’s brought you in and what better might look like for you. It is my goal to understand the full context of your life and what factors shape your current experience.

This session is a chance for you to get a feel for me and how I work. It is important you feel supported and understood. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and consider what approaches may best support your unique path.

There is no pressure to share everything at once. We start where you are.
