Great to meet you!

I transplanted to Memphis in 2012 after attending Mississippi State University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication and played SEC soccer. Soon after, I enrolled in the Counseling Program at the University of Memphis. Since then I have held various roles as an admission counselor for Mississippi State, a therapist and supervisor at Youth Villages, and a therapist and wellness coordinator at Freedom Preparatory Academy.

My approach to therapy

I will pull from existential, person-centered, somatic, attachment-based, and psychodynamic approaches to help individuals unlock a deeper connection to themselves, heal their wounded parts, and engage life in ways that are purpose filled.

What you can expect from me

My desire as a mental health therapist is to help individuals develop congruence within themselves and connection to others and the world around them. I like to do this by exploring a person’s story and present moment experiences to discover the reason for the individual’s distress and the maladaptive patterns they have used to survive.
