Great to meet you!
I transplanted to Memphis in 2012 after attending Mississippi State University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication and played SEC soccer. Soon after, I enrolled in the Counseling Program at the University of Memphis. Since then I have held various roles as a therapist in the community and private practice setting.
My desire as a mental health therapist is to help individuals develop congruence within themselves and connection to others and the world around them. I like to do this by exploring a person’s story and present moment experiences to discover the reason for the individual’s distress and the maladaptive patterns they have used to survive.
