Great to meet you!

I’m Leanne Jaffe, a mental health professional dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion. I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My work is grounded in creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I value meeting each person where they are and tailoring support to their unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, warm, and practical. I focus on helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while also building tools they can use in everyday life. I draw from evidence-based practices and integrate them in a flexible way that fits each person’s goals. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, respectful, and genuinely human.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to talk about what brings you in and what you’re hoping to change or better understand. I’ll ask questions to get a sense of your story, but there’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and what support might look like moving forward. My aim is to create a calm, welcoming environment where you can start feeling comfortable right away.
