Great to meet you!
Born and raised on a farm in rural Virginia, I have seen firsthand how generational trauma, poverty, and limited resources can impact individuals and families. These early experiences shaped my passion for helping others break free from patterns of the past and create healthier, more fulfilling lives. My therapeutic style is creative, non-judgmental, and adaptable. I often incorporate play, talk, art, and animal-assisted therapies into our work.
I work with individuals, children, and families to overcome personal obstacles using a strengths-based approach rooted in positive psychology. Together, we’ll explore your history without being defined by it, guiding you through interpersonal challenges with tools such as trauma timelines.
