Hi! I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia, and I have been providing professional counseling services for 7 years. I have had the privilege to work with clients throughout their healing process in the area of trauma, shame, depression and anxiety, and addiction and recovery. My passion is to see women healed from past pain, discover their purpose, and thrive in the life that God intends for them.
My approach is Christian-focused therapy utilizing the following modalities for treatment: CBT, Trauma-Focused Narrative Work, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, & Emotionally-Focused Therapy.
In our first session, we will have brief introductions to begin rapport building and explore challenges that you are presently having for our therapy focus. We will begin to develop a tailored plan for your treatment to assist in your wholeness process to work through in follow-up sessions.
