With over 30 years of experience in the mental health and substance use fields, I have the privilege to assist a significant number of adults and witnessed amazing transformations.
I approach care for my patients in a very solution-focused manner. My approach is to help identify the cause of the issues and work with my clients to provide a humanistic, client-centered therapeutic experience, to help create change in their lives.
Our first session is provided in a confidential, warm, and respectful environment. My goal during this session is to listen, to provide support, and to begin to build a therapeutic alliance that can foster trust and confidence.
