Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 20 years of experience helping children and adults address anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. My experience allows me to offer thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and life circumstances. Together, we can work toward greater emotional well-being, stronger coping skills, and increased resilience.

My clinical training includes certification in child therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), along with training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and other cognitive-based approaches. These specialized therapies can help clients process difficult experiences, better understand their thoughts and emotions, and develop practical tools for managing challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and grounded in a trusting therapeutic relationship. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood. By building on each person’s unique strengths and working together at a comfortable pace, I help clients make meaningful progress and create lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, the concerns or challenges you may be experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I will ask questions about your background, current circumstances, and relevant life experiences to help me better understand your needs and goals.
