Great to meet you!

My name is Lee. I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner training in existential analysis. I offer psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults in Washington State.

My approach to therapy

The fundament of a positive psychotherapeutic relationship is to build trust and safety so that you can begin to openly examine and explore your life. In existential analysis, there is an emphasis broadly on what and how it is for you to live your life, and to move from your understandings and experiences. My role is to attend to you in a phenomenological way and without judgment so that the process of exploration remains grounded in your experience of yourself. The goal is broadly to illuminate obstacles and strengths in ways that inform your motivations in the living of your life in meaningful ways.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic goal is to create and hold a safe and warm telespace for you to navigate challenging aspects of your human experience such that you arrive at meaningful ways to both endure and transcend some of these challenges. I invite you to reach out to me to learn more and schedule.
