Great to meet you!

I am an ANCC board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a B.A. in biology from Colorado College, a B.S. in nursing from New York University, and a M.S. in Nursing (psychiatry) from Hunter College. I have been in practice since 2014.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a holistic approach to psychiatric care for clients. I offer psychotherapy and medication management. I take an integrative approach and incorporate nutrition, nervous system health, and alternative healing modalities into my practice. I view medication as a tool, not a solution. My psychotherapy approach is based around Internal Family Systems therapy. I teach clients how to do parts work and strengthen their self to part connection.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with clients to increase their self-awareness and to build resiliency both physically and mentally. I help clients understand the mind-body connection and how trauma is held in our bodies. I work on helping clients improve self-esteem, shift limiting beliefs, set boundaries, and be more assertive.
