Great to meet you!

Figuring out who you are, and where you fit, can feel overwhelming, especially when you're carrying anxiety, family stress, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Therapy can be a space where you don't have to have everything figured out.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to create a supportive, affirming environment where people feel safe showing up exactly as they are. Many of the clients I work with are navigating anxiety, identity exploration, family conflict, relationship concerns, stress, or major life transitions. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support confidence, resilience, and meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel accepted, understood, and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, meaning we'll focus not only on challenges, but also on the values, relationships, experiences, and strengths that can help you move forward.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, and other strengths-based interventions. Whether you're working through anxiety, identity questions, relationship concerns, family challenges, stress, or life transitions, we'll work together to create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building trust. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, your strengths, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical support. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being your authentic self while developing the insight, skills, and confidence needed to move toward the life you want.
