Great to meet you!

I aim to create a safe space for you to bring your whole self to therapy. I have been often told that there is a presence about me that makes folks feel understood.

As a member of the LGBT community, I have a special expertise in serving LGBTQ clients as well as poly and kink communities. Whether you are navigating a complicated political climate, reducing shame and growing in pride and self-acceptance, or exploring new pronouns or identity labels, I will be with you all the way!

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT to help you understand and respond to your emotions so that you feel less overwhelmed and more free. I specialize in depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and eating disorders. We will also work together to increase mindfulness and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll get to know each other a bit, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us create a tailored plan for the goals you want for your life. I try to end each session with concrete take-aways you can apply over the next week to practice and grow.
