Great to meet you!

My name is Lee Sinnott, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider. I started practicing as a master’s level therapist in 2019 and became licensed in 2023. I have worked in Mental Health and Addiction treatment since 2011.

I am passionate about helping everyone to live deliberately and find meaning in their lives through embracing their personal power and developing skills to live life to its’ fullest. I want to help people to create a life of their own making, reaching for their dreams.

Life is challenging, but wonderful. Even in the deepest pain one can find beauty and meaning. It is difficult to be sure, but worth it. If we choose to, we can use life’s pain to find a deeper sense of joy, connection, and wonder in the world around us.

I have worked with individuals who are dealing with Trauma/ PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Spiritual Issues, Self Esteem, Relationships, Addiction issues to name a few.

My approach to therapy

I am an eclectic clinician. I blend several theories and therapies together.

Primarily they are Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Logotherapy, Integral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and some Jungian and Gestalt techniques and theories. All blended together in a unique, but effective and empowering style.

What you can expect from me

We start with what you want. We flesh it out, define it, and build clear goals. Not just for therapy, but for what you want out of life. We then work on living deliberately, with intension and purpose, learning to accept the positive, negative and neutral consequences of your decisions.

During our first session we will get to know each other and develop a plan to help you live the life you want to live, as fully as possible, and work to develop your strength and wisdom to live deliberately.
