For those experiencing emotional pain, I will be providing individual, couples, and family therapy to adults and teenagers both in-person and through telehealth. I specialize in problem areas including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, men’s issues, behavioral concerns in teenagers, bipolar disorder, substance use, grief and loss, self-esteem, and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy), I believe only a dynamic and individualized approach to each client will foster profound and lasting change.

Having provided psychoeducation and therapy to hundreds of clients and their families, I work with dedication and compassion to increase the quality of life for every client I encounter. I know reaching out is not always easy, but I'm dedicated to making the process as easy and comfortable as possible.
