My approach to therapy

With 18+ years of experience as s licensed independent clinical social worker, I serve those ages 18+ years..

I am a trained mental health trauma responder who specializes in trauma treatment, dual diagnosis, severe mental illness, depression, anxiety, postpartum issues and have also developed a Trauma Informed Martial Arts program.

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Strength Based, Seeking Safety and more to meet you where you are comfortable.
