Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Leeann, a licensed therapist and ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider in Florida and Massachusetts with over 17 years of dedicated experience. My specialization lies in supporting people facing ADHD and/or anxiety challenges.

Beyond my ADHD and anxiety niche, I've had the privilege of helping clients navigate a range of mental health concerns including depression, low self-confidence, and relational conflict.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered and collaborative. I tailor sessions based on your symptoms, goals, and preferences.

For children, I often integrate behavioral interventions and family therapy; with teens and adults, it's often a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. Interventions are chosen based on what we are trying to achieve.

What you can expect from our first session

As a client, you can expect our sessions to be goal-oriented. Together, we will devise a treatment plan that includes measurable objectives. Throughout our work, you will gain a clearer understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, fostering self-awareness and insight. Additionally, you will acquire practical skills, coping mechanisms, and strategies to navigate challenges, all geared towards achieving the specific goals we set forth in our collaborative plan.
