Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I provide in-person and video-based therapy for clients who are navigating times of change or transition, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and relational or family challenges. My approach is holistic and integrative. I prioritize creating a safe, collaborative, and empowering environment while gently helping you grow and change. I understand from personal experience that healing doesn’t happen overnight, and that reaching out for support can sometimes feel overwhelming. These experiences have shaped the empathy, openness, and genuineness I bring to my work with clients.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also draw from Humanistic, Existential, and Emotion-Focused approaches to help my clients gain deeper self-understanding, build resilience, and create meaningful change even in the face of life’s challenges. I strive to balance insight-oriented work with practical strategies. I believe in a whole-person approach to wellness, recognizing the important connections between mental health, physical health, relationships, purpose, and overall quality of life. I also have extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to be warm, collaborative, and to meet you with authenticity. I value the trust it takes to share your story and strive to create a space where you can explore difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels manageable. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling encouraged, seen, and with at least one meaningful, practical thing you can take away.
