Great to meet you!

I’m an affirming, open-minded therapist who works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, panic, stress, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and major life changes. I also support clients dealing with maternal mental health concerns, including the emotional weight that can come with pregnancy, postpartum changes, infertility, and adjusting to a new season of life.

Since earning my master’s in 2021, I have worked in mental health with both children and adults in settings including crisis care, which has deepened my understanding of how overwhelming life can feel when symptoms start affecting your relationships, confidence, and daily routine. My goal is to offer a space that feels warm, approachable, compassionate, and real.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in CBT, while always being tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. I’m here to meet you where you are and help you work toward what matters most to you. I am EMDR trained, and I often help clients process trauma, reduce distressing symptoms, and feel more steady in their daily life.

Together, we may focus on understanding emotional patterns, managing anxiety and panic, improving mood, building healthier coping skills, and finding practical ways to feel more in control. I am affirming, flexible, and collaborative, and I believe therapy should feel supportive, useful, and human.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. We’ll talk about what has been feeling hardest lately, what symptoms or stressors are showing up in your life, and what you want support with most.

Whether you are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, postpartum stress, identity questions, relationship strain, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed, we’ll start identifying what is getting in the way and what healing could look like for you. You can expect a warm, welcoming space with an open mind, a little flexibility, and a focus on helping you move toward meaningful change.
