Great to meet you!

I currently work at a private practice and have many years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults as a social worker and therapist. I received a Master of Social Work degree at the University of South Carolina. I specialized in studying, children, youth and their families.

I integrate evidenced-based practices, tailored to each individual's needs. These include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and a client-centered approach.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with children, adolescents and young adults struggling with self-esteem, self-compassion, and feelings of guilt and shame. I integrate Compassion-Focused Therapy, which encompasses self-compassion, self-love, self-acceptance, and the mind-body connection.

In addition, I work individuals who struggle with ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
