Great to meet you!

As a counselor and former teacher, I’ve walked with people through many of life’s toughest seasons. I understand how overwhelming anxiety, perfectionism, and constant pressure can feel—whether you’re a teen navigating school stress, a young adult figuring out who you are, or an adult stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. My approach is down-to-earth, compassionate, and practical. I’ll meet you where you are, help you quiet self-doubt, and guide you toward building confidence, peace, and joy—without judgment or pretense.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and down-to-earth. I work with teens, young adults, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, or life transitions. Together we’ll explore the patterns keeping you stuck and build practical tools for confidence, calm, and self-trust. My goal is to help you reduce anxiety, set healthy boundaries, and create space for joy. Therapy with me is about real conversations, genuine support, and finding your own version of balance.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a space that feels safe, honest, and judgment-free. I help teens, young adults, and adults work through anxiety, ADHD, depression, self-doubt, and tough life transitions that feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll find practical tools for setting boundaries, quieting your inner critic, and managing stress in ways that actually work. My down-to-earth approach makes therapy feel doable—sometimes even lighter than you’d expect—so you can leave sessions feeling understood, supported, and more confident about your next steps.
