Great to meet you!

I provide a calm, structured, and collaborative therapeutic environment where you can explore your experiences safely and without judgment. My approach is thoughtful, evidence-based, and tailored to your specific needs.

Clients appreciate my balanced style—warm, direct, and clinically grounded. I focus on helping you understand underlying patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

You can expect consistency, compassion, and a clear sense of direction in our work together.

My approach to therapy

I blend evidence-based therapies with a relational, strengths-oriented approach. I draw from Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and DBT to address emotional regulation and healing from trauma. I emphasize insight-building, skill development, and self-compassion throughout the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you'll find a calm space to share your story at your own pace. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, begin identifying your needs and strengths, and collaborate on a plan that aligns with your goals. You’ll be seen, supported, and not rushed.
